With 13 years in the property industry Jessica has a passion for all things property related and has developed a keen interest in historical architecture, building conservation and building pathology. Jessica is the founder and director of SurVantage. With 13 years in the property industry Jessica has a passion for all things property related and has developed a keen interest in historical architecture, building conservation and building pathology. Jessica prides herself in attention to detail in all aspects of the properties she surveys. Jessica is registered as an Associate member of the RICS (AssocRICS) and is a registered valuer (VRS). In addition Jessica is currently completing an MSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.
Outside of work Jessica is a keen equestrian enthusiast, spending her spare time at Showjumping events across the UK.

Natasha currently provides a wide range of services, including Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Retrofit Assessments, Stock Condition Reports, and Residential Property Inventories, ensuring clients receive a thorough and professional service every time. She is also continuing to build on her expertise and is due to complete her training to become a RICS-accredited Residential Surveyor this year.
Outside of work, Natasha brings the same energy and passion to her personal life. She loves teaching dance classes and enjoys camping adventures with her family, making the most of time outdoors.
