With 13 years in the property industry Jessica has a passion for all things property related and has developed a keen interest in historical architecture, building conservation and building pathology. Jessica prides herself in attention to detail in all aspects of the properties she surve
Jessica is the founder and director of SurVantage. With 13 years in the property industry Jessica has a passion for all things property related and has developed a keen interest in historical architecture, building conservation and building pathology. Jessica prides herself in attention to detail in all aspects of the properties she surveys. Jessica is registered as an Associate member of the RICS (AssocRICS) and is a registered valuer (VRS). In addition Jessica is currently completing an MSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.
Outside of work Jessica is a keen equestrian enthusiast, spending her spare time at Showjumping events across the UK.

Natasha has been in integral part of the company development and currently provides Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments, Stock Condition Reports and Residential Property Inventories. Natasha is currently completing
With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, Natasha has become a trusted member of the team. Natasha has been in integral part of the company development and currently provides Energy Performance Certificates, Retrofit Assessments, Stock Condition Reports and Residential Property Inventories. Natasha is currently completing her training in order to become a residential surveyor accredited by the RICS.
In her spare time Natasha loves to teach dance classes and goes camping with her family.
